1. Measure the intended placement area.
2. Confirm connection compatibility with Gaia before purchase. Follow the supplied setup and care instructions.
3. Do not improvise electrical connections. If the socket's earth connection is uncertain, ask a qualified electrician to check it.

Grounding connects a conductive surface to the Earth through a compatible setup. A 2025 pilot trial reported changes in selected sleep measures, but did not test the Gaia mat. It does not prove that our product treats insomnia, pain, inflammation or diabetes, or protects against EMF-related harm.
