Delivery And Ownership Of The Goods

1. Once your order is placed, our team will process it within 1-2 working days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

   After your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes between 3-5 working days. Please be aware that the actual delivery time may vary depending on the third-party courier service and your location.

3. We try to ensure that all Products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of Our control may result in delays. Gaia Health Malaysia does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.
4. The date of dispatch listed on the Website is the estimated date of dispatch as is reasonably estimated by Gaia Health Malaysia. Where scheduled dispatch of a Product is delayed by more than three weeks, Customers will be notified by e-mail via the email address nominated in their Order.
5. Gaia Health Malaysia will not deliver Products to PO Box addresses.
6. The couriers or postal services nominated by Gaia Health Maalaysia will deliver Products during local business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).
7. Gaia Health Malaysia reserves the right to not ship to remote or rural locations.
